Vaporizer customer service system (mobile app) will provide below function to support our customer and business:
For external customer (Nurse):
- System will support customer to scan QR code of vaporizer to get the vaporizer id and raise a vaporizer problem to sales rep.
For internal user (Sales Rep):
- Received the notification and confirm the return request.
- System will base on the request to apply a return request from vaporizer approval system (local system) to get back the vaporizer.
- Sales rep can create a new vaporizer request from the system and the system will apply a new request from vaporizer approval system (local system) to deliver the new vaporizer to customer.
